While it is an over-used cliché in the industry, I really do enjoy giving clients a peace of mind. Too often, “peace of mind” is a marketing campaign by the big financial firms. For Oasis Wealth, it starts with a deep understanding of the client’s situation and walking through the fine details that are required to truly give quality advice. Educating the client on the issues and the strategies is a necessary and rewarding experience as well. All of that should result in our clients obtaining confidence and a peace about their financial situation.
I also like the complexities of the inter-related issues of wealth. It often feels like a puzzle that we are putting together as we try to weave the issues of retirement, spending, income taxes, insurance, investments, and a host of other issues in a way that is optimal for the client. And, the beauty of it is that it is not merely a case study – behind all of these “moving pieces” are individuals and families with their own story, history, fears, and dreams for the future.
